Want to try something new this summer? Want to get into great shape quickly
while having a great time and making new friends? USA Triathlon Mid-Atlantic
Region invites women of all ages to a one-day novice clinic to learn about the
exciting sport of triathlon. Join us at the Sussex Family YMCA, 105 Church
Street, Rehoboth Beach, DE, on Sunday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a
fun-filled day of swimming, biking, and running. Clinic fee: $25, includes
mandatory $9 USA Triathlon one-day membership fee. Lunch and snack included. To
register online, email your name, age, address, and phone to: MMerson@usat-ma.org
and pay the registration fee at: https://www.paypal.com/. To register by mail,
send $25 along with name, age, address, phone, and email contact to USAT Clinic,
808 N. Lincoln St., Arlington, VA 22201 to arrive no later than April 29.
Participants will receive an email list of suggested items to bring along such
