From filmmaker Erin Flannery, whose work commemorates her late mother, triathlon great Judy Flannery: 

There have been two JUDY'S TIME developments that I would like to share. My co-editor David Klagsbrun and I have been nominated for Best Documentary Editing by the American Cinema Editors, the honorary society of film editors.

JUDY'S TIME is one of only three documentaries to be nominated. The other two are major studio, big budget productions.

Second, CINE, an organization managed by a national board comprised of 22 representatives from the film and video industry, conducts an annual film competition for U.S.-made films. It has selected JUDY'S TIME for its Eagle Award as one of the outstanding amateur films of the year. It has also selected JUDY'S TIME as a finalist for its Master Series Award which recognizes the best of the best in three divisions: broadcast, non-broadcast and pre-professionals.
